Dandelion Pesto

From Living Culture Farm

Dandelion greens are a unique and resilient leafy green in terms of their nutrient density and healing aspects (their roots are best known for the latter, but dandelion tea is quite delightful and works towards the same effect). They sometimes get a bad rap for their bitterness and coarse texture, as some peoples’ palettes are used to milder greens such as spinach and other baby greens in general. This recipe is something we stumbled upon a while back when we had an abundance of dandelion greens and inability to fit them all into salads and marinaras! Dandelion greens work great for pesto, because the slight bitterness of the leaves blend with the mild, familiar, and comforting flavor of olive oil and the sharp flavor of the cheese to create a strong, but not overwhelming, delicious treat! Wonderful for dipping or spreading on toast!
Vegetarian!

Does Muscle Weigh More Than Fat In The Human Beings?

From Burke County

If you want to know that does muscle weigh more than fat in the human beings then you are at the right place because we are going to discuss the same in the article below in a detailed manner and also in an explanatory manner. Have a look at the same explanatory answer of the same.

Basically, the weight of both the things be it the muscle or be it the fat of the human being weighs equally similar and both are same. A pound of the weight of the muscle of human beings is exactly similar to the weight of the fat of the human being.

Even if the person is doing a very hard and strong kind of the workout, even then also he or she is not able to achieve a very bulky kind of the muscles of the people. Therefore, we can also say that doing hard work out is not going to get you the bulky muscles that a person wants and therefore, taking unnecessary kinds of the problems and issues in the brain of the person is not required.

So, does muscle weigh more than fat in human beings?

Basically, the answer to the above mentioned question is known to be that the person’s muscle weight and also the fat weight is known to be absolutely equal to each other and also they weigh similar to each other. However, muscle mass is considered to be a bit more denser to the fat mass weight of the human beings.

There are so many benefits of the having muscle weight and also the fat weight in the human body, which means if the person is having more muscle weight than the person can supply more blood to the body parts of the human beings and on the other hand, the person who is having more fat weight in the human body then they will be losing more calories in the time of the exercises.

However, if you want to lose more weight and want to make the human being’s body more effective and energetic then you have to do some exercises and also you have to follow all the major steps and routine by the person in order to be healthy and active.

Here are some major steps and points to be active and healthy:

1. A person is required to do exercises and some workout.

2. You have to control the consumption of the food that you are intaking

3. You completely have to stop consuming the junk food

4. Alcohol and smoking is injurious to health and therefore it should be stopped completely.

Does muscle weigh more than fat in people?

Actually, in the human body of the person, the muscle weight and also the fat weight are considered to be absolutely and equally similar and the only difference lies between both of them is one is comparatively more denser to the other.

Let us understand this whole concept in simple and easier words and also try to understand the answer to the question does muscle weigh more than fat in simple words? Basically, if we talk about the weight of the muscle and fat in the human body then both of them are equal and similar to each other.

However, on the other hand, if we want to know the actual difference between both of them then the only difference is that the muscles of humans are denser than the fat part of the human body. This is the only difference between both.
Vegan!

Duck Egg Mayonnaise

From Oklahoma Farm Fresh

A thick, rich and creamy mayonnaise made with a duck egg yolk. And yes, It’s Paleo. You can substitute 1 large chicken egg yolk but will miss out on the incredible flavor and amazing thickness the duck egg gives. Macadamia nut oil is the preferred oil.

If you want yours European style with olive oil, do not use all extra virgin olive oil in this or else you will end up with a bitter tasting mayonnaise. If you want this to be olive oil flavored mix in a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil with avocado oil. This also makes a little over a cup.

If you don’t want to do the whisked version you can try a much easier alternative with an immersion blender, just be sure to use the same ingredients from my recipe and put in all the ingredients at the beginning.
Vegetarian!
