Creamed Moringa

<p>A delicous way to use Moringa.</p>

Serves: 4

1-1/2 cup Almond Milk
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp corn starch
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 large bags Moringa
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Simmer Moringa until cooked. In a large sauce pan add coconut oil and garlic. Cook until garlic is tender. Add almond milk and cornstarch and cook until thick. Add everything else. Enjoy.
  2. I tend to cook by smell and taste so feel free to add a little more/less seasoning.
