Pricing FAQ
When do you charge the 3% fee?
Only when a customer completes an order and payment. If an order is cancelled or refunded, you don't pay the fee.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees whatsoever. The 3% includes everything: hosting, payment processing, support, and all features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no contracts or commitments. You can pause or cancel your market anytime, including seasonal breaks.
Do growers pay anything?
Growers don't pay anything directly. The 3% market fee is typically split between the market and growers as configured by market managers.

Is there a minimum monthly fee?
