ORDERING:

PICK UP:
Pick up is on THURSDAY at 1300 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Suite 1104, Suwanee at Cultured Traditions from 1 pm to 3 pm.

PAYMENT:
We take checks, cash, and credit card. To pay by credit card click “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the check out page. I don’t run credit cards until after pick up on Thursdays.

Hi, folks—

Ordering for the second April delivery is OPEN.

Orders can be placed through Sunday, April 16.

Pickup is from 1:30 – 2:30 PM on Saturday, April 22.

Delivery Saturday, At Cup n Cork Courtyard from 10-11!

Spring Frittata Recipe (All ingredients available from Cape Locally Grown)

*3 green garlic
*1/2 lb.asparagus
Saute in 2 tbs melted butter in 10 inch cast iron skillet.
Toss in and wilt…
*4 handfuls of torn spinach
*6 eggs (beat until slightly foamy)
pour into sauted veggies and let sit for 1 min. Then lift the eggs with a silicon spatula and let them flow down until the top is firm. Then broil for 1 to 2 min until brown. (You can invert pan and cool till warm or eat right out of the skillet.
*Manor Manoor Seasoning Salt season to taste.

Independence,VA:  Market is OPEN for April 19th pickup!


Dear Friends of the Market,

The Market is open for orders to be picked up next Wednesday, April 19th. If you place your order early, be sure to check back later in the week so you don’t miss any of the wonderful products our vendors have to offer! Also, if you don’t place an order, but have time to stop by the Grayson Landcare office between 4 pm and 6 pm, we have an “extras table” (usually includes a variety of breads, eggs and greens), canned goods, and extra meat for sale from Olivia’s!
