Dear Green Fork Farmers Market Customers:

We have lots of new summer vegetables this week—check out the list below! Plus, fig trees available now to plant in your garden.

Here’s what’s available:

Vegetables—Eggplant, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, squash, beans, cucumbers, celery, kale, swiss chard, fresh sweet onions, green onions, and fresh garlic.

Herbs—Basil, mint, and mixed herb packs.

Eggs—Chicken and duck eggs from pastured hens.

Olives and Olive Oil—Direct from the organic grower in California.

Coffee—Carefully sourced, crafted, and roasted locally by Airship Coffee.

Fermented foods—jalapenos.

Salsa—Made with locally grown and organic ingredients.

Live plants—Fig trees, Naked Lady bulbs, and vegetable plants.

Crafts—Natural, handmade soy candles scented with pure essential oils (no toxic chemicals!)

Place your order now, then pick up and pay on Wednesday from 4-6 pm at Nightbird Books in Fayetteville.

Hello!

There are lots of great veggies available this week, so if you haven’t yet placed an order there is still time! Head on over to the MArket page – you have until Tuesday evening!

There are a few watermelons and cantaloupe still available, as well as blueberry syrup! If you haven’t yet gotten your fill of blueberries, this is a great way to extend the season!

Order now through July 20th for July 22nd pickup. (We are Flexible, Please let us know in the notes/comments when you place your order what time you want to pick up.)

Send me a message if you are interested in Getting Channel Catfish.

If you want Living Trays of Sunflower shoots, Pea shoots, or micro greens please let me know as I need time to grow them for you. Currently I can do Pea shoots, sunflower shoots, radish, arugula, and Basil micro greens and wheatgrass in full trays, 1/6th trays or 1/8th trays. I can also do radish in smaller containers. In trials are Beet micro greens. If you have any particular requests, let me know I’m happy to grow to order.

Greener Acres Farm:  Small Quantity of Sweet Corn Available


Sweet Corn is Here!!

Sorry for another late addition, but we were notified by our new grower, Weyant Vegetable Farm of Claysburg, that they will be picking the first batch of sweet corn Friday morning.

Quantities are currently limited, until they get a better feel on the amount available. We are selling them on a first come, first served basis. If they are unable to fill all orders, we will deduct it from your total order at time of delivery.

If you have already ordered, it is not too late to add this to your current week’s order.
