Healthy Crunchy Zucchini Sticks

From CSA Farmers Market

I’ve been making this for years. I’ve substituted almost all of the ingredient at one time or another but the only ingredient that can’t be swapped out is the melted butter (margarine). Sometimes you just have to have butter. This recipe is kid friendly and can be made gluten free very easily.
