Pork and Collards

Serves: 6


Ingredients
1 bunch collards
1 chopped onion
2 Tbls. coconut oil
1 lb. sliced ham
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Pan fry the ham on medium heat in the coconut oil. Brown on both sides then remove from pan. Add the choppped or sliced onions to the pan and saute` until wilted, then add the collards and water and cook until tender. Slice the ham and add to the pan and add water to keep the collards moist. Takes about 30 minutes total cooking time.
