Parmeson Dill Popcorn

<p>I love popcorn. I was a bit skeptical when I saw this recipe but I&#8217;m always looking for ways to bump up the nutrition in snack food. This is good, kids like it and it&#8217;s even better the next day.</p>

Serves: at least one

1 cup unpopped popcorn
3 Tablespoons oil
5 Tablespoons melted butter
3 1/2 Tablespoons Slow Dog Dill
3 1/2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
3 1/2 Tablespoons grated parmeson cheese
pinch salt (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Pop the corn in the oil. Drizzle with melted butter and toss to coat evenly. Mix the dill, yeast and cheese. Sprinkle over popcorn and mix well. Add salt if desired.
