Rosemary Pork

Serves: 2-4


Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 lb pork tenderloin cut into medalions
4 carrots cut into circles
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Slow Dog Rosemary
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Shake pork, carrots, and flour in a bag to coat. Combine syrup, olive oil, rosemary,and pepper. Coat pork and carrots with mixture.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees in covered pan for 35-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
