Rhubarb Sauce

Rhubarb Sauce, super easy to make. Great served warm over ice cream or biscuits. Fresh strawberries can also be added, just add 1/2 cup sliced berries while cooking!

Serves: 2-4

1/2 LB Lbs Rhubarb, sliced thin
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Directions In large skillet, melt butter over high heat. Stir in rhubarb and sugar and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.Add vanilla.Serve warm.
