<p>This is a great easy recipe that kids love to help make! Each person can customize their own omelet just the way they like it. Fast, easy, fun, and nutritious&#8230; what&#8217;s not to like?</p>

Serves: One

pinch salt to taste
pinch pepper to taste
2-3 eggs fresh eggs

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place a large pan of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Put 2 large (3 small) eggs in a zip-lock baggie (sans shells) with salt and pepper and stir with a small whisk or spoon until yolks and whites are somewhat blended.
  2. Add to the eggs the omelet ingredients of your choice: shredded cheese, diced ham, bell pepper, onion, anchovies, black olives... whatever your heart desires!!! Mix thoroughly and seal the baggie (after removing as much air as possible. Make sure it is well sealed!!!
  3. Gently place the bags into the boiling water and let them cook for 5-7 minutes. Using tongs, remove the bags from the water. When omelet is done it should slide easily out of the baggie onto your plate. Enjoy!!!
