Lemon Grass Tea

<p>This tea tastes like a refreshing lemon ginger tea. Good hot or cold.</p>

Serves: 5 cups

3 stalks lemon grass with grassy stalk removed
1 tea bag pepermint or green tea
2 table spoons honey
6 cups water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Boil the water with the lemon grass stalks in it for 4 minutes. Chop the stalks for more flavour.
  2. Add the tea bag when water is removed from the stove and let steep for 3 minutes. After tea is steeped then remove the lemon grass and tea bag.
  3. Add honey, and stir. Have imediatly hot or chill in fridge for later.
