1 head Green/Purple Cabbage
2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat Grill to Medium Heat. Cut Cabbage into quarters. If very large cut it into 6 wedges. Drizzle wedges with Olive oil and freshly ground salt and pepper. Place cabbage, with outer leaves of grill so seasonings drip through the cabbage leaves. Splash a few drops of water onto cut portion of cabbage so cabbage steams a bit.
