1 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple
2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
1 Cup Water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. If your blender has a plunger attachment you can use it to coax the ingredients to blend smoothly. Serve immediately.
