Strawberry Salsa

<p>This is a terrific way to spice up fresh strawberries.</p>

Serves: makes 2 cups

1 cup chopped strawberries from any one of several local growers
1 cup peeled and seeded cucumber from Arkansas Natural Produce
1/4 cup chopped green onion from Arkansas Natural Produce
2 tbs chopped jalapeno or serrano pepper
2 tbs chopped mint from Willow Springs Market Garden
1 tbs chopped cilantro from Arkansas Natural Produce
1 tbs Lemon Pomegranate Rice Bran Oil from Maison Terre (may substitute olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon or lime juice)
1/2 tsp ground organic black peppercorn from Maison terre
1/4 tsp kosher salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve as a garnish or with tortilla or pita chips.
