Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

<p>This is so easy, so good, and so versatile! You can use pork chops with and without bones, pork loin, and pork roast. You can play around with different spices &#8211; Tom&#8217;s Naturals has several on the market and you can bake or cook in a crockpot! Easy &amp; great tasting!</p>

Ingredients
4 each Pork Chops
2 each onions sliced into rings
2 each sweet potatoes sliced
2 each apples - peeled, cored, and sliced into rings
4 TBS Porkyato Tom's spice Mix
3 TBS Brown Sugar

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season pork chops with Porkyato Mix or other Herbs and salt and pepper to taste, and arrange in a medium oven safe skillet. Top pork chops with onions, sweet potatoes, and apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Cover, and bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until sweet potatoes are tender and pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
