4 Bone-in pork loin chops
1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive oil
FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon Minced fresh rosemary
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Butter (cubed)

  2. Whisk all of the "glaze" ingredients together in the skillet the pork chops were cooked in
  3. Bring the glaze to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and whisk in the butter.
