1 pound Beef liver (sliced very thin)
Seasoning to taste
Cheese for serving (if desired)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Arrange the slices of liver on a baking sheet. Set the oven to the lowest heat possible.
  2. Let the liver cook for about an hour, then flip the pieces and cook for about another hour.
  3. Season to taste, then serve with cheese or store in an airtight container for later snacking.
