Step by Step Instructions
- Place the turnip pieces into a food processor and process until the turnips reach a rice-like consistency.
- Put the turnip "rice", avocado oil, carrots, broccoli, ginger, and salt into a large wok/skillet. Heat the pan over medium-high heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add the coconut aminos to the "rice" and stir well. Add the scrambled eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds, toss to combine, then serve.
