Satsuma Cocktail

Ingredients
1 Satsuma (peeled and sectioned)
Crushed ice
1/2 cup Dry gin
1/2 cup Satsuma juice (takes 2 satsumas)
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (orange-flavored liqueur)
Satsuma rind (optional, garnish)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the individual satsuma sections with cold water, drain away excess water, then freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the crushed ice into a martini shaker, Add gin, juice, and Grand Marnier, then shake well. Strain 1/2 cup into each glass.
  3. Add 4 frozen satsuma sections to each glass and garnish each with a satsuma rind if desired.
