Serves: 1 cup

2 Cactus pears
1 cup Frozen berries of choice
1 Banana
1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon Chia seeds

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Carefully peel and de-thorn the prickly pears. Puree them, then strain out the seeds.
  2. Blend the pear puree, frozen berries of choice, banana, and the almond milk in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with chia seeds.
