1 slice Bread (toasted)
2 tablespoons Hummus
1/4 of an Avocado (sliced)
1/2 cup Carrots (sliced)
2 tablespoons Goat cheese (crumbled)
small handful Microgreens

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Toast the slice of bread, then spread the hummus.
  2. Arrange the sliced carrots, avocado slices, microgreens, and crumbled goat cheese on the piece of bread
  3. Enjoy!
