Ingredients
1 Ripe avocado (diced)
1 large Bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
2 Green onions (sliced)
2 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
And/or cilantro
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
