Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade

Serves: 12 (makes 3 quarts)
1/4 cup Sugar
2 cups Boiling water
2 cups Fresh strawberries (hulled and quartered)
12 cups Watermelon (cubed)
12 ounces Frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
Step by Step Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water.
- Working in batches, blend the watermelon & strawberries in a blender, pour the fruit mixture though a fine mesh strainer, then transfer it to a large pitcher.
- Stir the lemonade concentrate, lemon juice and sugar water into the fruit mixture in the pitcher. Once well combined, serve poured over ice.
