Buttery Grilled Shrimp

<p>Super simple, but full of delicious flavors! Great as a main dish with a side of veggies, or served as a side with steak!</p>

Serves: 8

1/2 cup Butter (melted)
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 pounds Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
Accompany with a side of:
AND/OR Green beans
AND/OR Potatoes
AND/OR Steak

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the butter, lemon juice, chili powder, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Thread the shrimp onto 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Grill the shrimp covered for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat. Baste the shrimp occasionally with the butter mixture.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the grill and brush with remaining butter mixture. Serve with desired sides
