Papas Chorreadas (Potatoes with Cream and Cheese Sauce)

Step by Step Instructions
- Put the potatoes & the bouillon into a saucepan, then add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. When time is up, drain & set aside.
- While the potatoes cook, heat the oil & butter in a frying pan heated to medium. Cook the onion & tomato (stirring frequently), then add the garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper, stir again, and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the cream, cilantro and cheese to the pan. Mix well, lower the heat, and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Put the potatoes into a serving dish, then pour the cheese sauce over them. Serve while hot.
