Loaded Sheet Pan Beef Nachos

Serves: 8

1 pound Ground beef
1 packet Taco seasoning
1-2 teaspoons Lime juice
9 ounces Tortilla chips of your choice
15 ounce can Black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 cup Corn kernels
1 1/2 cup Shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1 cup Diced onion
2 Jalapenos (sliced)
1-2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1/3 cup Cilantro (minced)
Sour cream
Pico de gallo
Salsa verde
Cheese dip
Cooked shrimp
Shredded chicken
Refried beans
Sliced olives
Diced avocados
Or whatever else you care to use!

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take a baking pan and either grease it or cover it in foil.
  2. Crumble the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning as it is written on the packet. Stir in the lime juice and cook until it evaporates.
  3. Arrange the chips in an even layer on the prepared baking pan, then top them with ground beef, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Top as desired, then serve!
