Serves: 2 cups
Step by Step Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pecans, pepper chunks (if using), and green onions until they are blended together.
- Put the mixture onto a plate and sculpt into desired shape. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, microwave the jelly until melted, then spread over the cheese mixture. Serve with crackers, toast, and/or chips.
