Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or heat resilient parchment paper. Spread the carrot slices onto paper towels to absorb excess liquid from them.
- Put the carrot slices into a bowl with the oil and seasonings and gently toss to coat.
- Spread the carrots out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. If some of the slices are not crispy, remove the crispy ones and bake the stragglers a bit longer.
