Carrot Chips

Serves: 4

1 pound Carrots (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or heat resilient parchment paper. Spread the carrot slices onto paper towels to absorb excess liquid from them.
  2. Put the carrot slices into a bowl with the oil and seasonings and gently toss to coat.
  3. Spread the carrots out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. If some of the slices are not crispy, remove the crispy ones and bake the stragglers a bit longer.
