Peach & Strawberry Hot Sauce

Vegan!

Ingredients
1 large Peach
5 medium sized Strawberries
1 Bell pepper (preferably orange)
1/4 of a Large sweet onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 large Fresno peppers
1 or 2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Slice the peach, strawberries, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and Fresno peppers into large pieces (remove and discard the peach pit, any stems, and any seeds). Toss the slices with olive oil until coated.
  2. Put the fruits & vegetables onto a foil lined baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove them from the oven and once cooled, put them into a blender along with the apple cider vinegar and maple syrup until smooth. Stir in the salt then serve when ready.
