Step by Step Instructions
- Place roast in crock-pot
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Cover roast with beef bouillon
- Add fruit wine
- Simmer on lowest setting for 6 hours 8 hours if starting frozen).
- Retain liquid for gravy
