1 6 to 8 pound Ham (cooked & sliced)
2 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Honey
1 cup White granulated sugar
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Paprika

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Spray either a roasting pan or a Dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray, then place the ham flat side down in the center of it. Mix the honey & butter together in a bowl, then slather the mixture onto the ham & in between the slices. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Remove the ham from the oven, then set the oven to the broil setting. Mix the white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, onion powder, ginger, and paprika together in a bowl, then rub the spice mixture over the top of the ham.
  3. Return the ham to the oven and broil until brown & caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow 5 to 10 minutes for cooling before serving.
