Ingredients
2 to 3 pounds Pork belly (sliced into thin strips)
Sea salt
Dip of your choice
Or sauce
OR mustard

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the pork belly into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces.
  2. Place the belly pieces in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with sea salt. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, salt again, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more.
