Coffee Overnight Oats

1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Nut butter of your choice
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Cold brew coffee
OR brewed coffee
1/3 cup Milk of your choice (original recipe suggests vanilla almond milk)
1 cup Rolled oats
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 scoop Protein powder (optional)
Chopped nuts
Chocolate chips
Fresh berries

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk the maple syrup, your nut butter of choice, vanilla extract, coffee, and the milk of your choice together in a bowl.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds and protein powder (if using) to the bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Pour the oat mixture into a smaller bowl or a jar, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before consuming. Note that the add-ins listed above are only a few suggestions, feel free to customize to suit your tastes!
