Pear Waldorf Pitas

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 medium sized Ripe pears (diced)
1/2 cup Celery (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Red grapes ( sliced in half & seeds removed)
2 tablespoons Nuts (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons Lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon Poppy seeds
20 Pita pocket halves
Lettuce leaves

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the pears, celery, grapes and nuts in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise and poppy seeds together. Add the yogurt mixture to the pear mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate this mixture for at least 1 hour.
  2. When the time to serve the pitas is near, line the pita pockets with lettuce and fill each one with 2 tablespoons of pear mixture.
  3. Serve!
