Vegan!

Ingredients
3 Tomatoes (cored & diced)
1 or 2 Jalapeno peppers (stems removed, seeded and diced )
3 Bell peppers (cored & diced) (one red, one orange, and one yellow)
15 ounces Black beans
15 ounces Corn kernals
1 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
2/3 cup Red onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Chips for dipping

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the tomatoes, jalapeno, bell peppers, black beans, corn, cilantro and red onion in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the lime juice, garlic powder, cumin and salt together in a separate bowl. Add this liquid to the veggie mix and toss to combine.
  3. Can be served with chips immediately or after being chilled.
