Ingredients
6 small Chicken breast (halved)
2/3 cup Plain yogurt
4 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon Ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon Ground turmeric
3 large Onions (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons Butter
Paprika to suit
1 Cucumber (chopped & seeded)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts. Place the chicken in an ungreased baking dish (12 by 7 1/2 by 2).
  2. Mix the yogurt, garlic, coriander, ginger, sesame seeds, red pepper, and turmeric together and pour the mixture over the chicken. Coat both sides. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Cook and stir the onions in butter in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the baking dish and stir the onions into the yogurt that is still in the dish.
  4. Place the chicken breasts back into the baking dish and atop the onion & yogurt mixture. Sprinkle the chicken with paprika and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle the cucumber over the chicken before serving.
