Serves: 2 cups


Ingredients
8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups Feta cheese (crumbled)
1/2 cup Roasted bell pepper (chopped)
3 tablespoons Fresh basil (minced)
Sliced baguette for dipping
Or chips for dipping

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the cream cheese, feta, bell pepper, and basil in a bowl and beat until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with sliced baguette or chips for dipping.
