Turkey Curry

Serves: 4


Ingredients
1 cup Celery (sliced)
1/2 cup Carrots (sliced)
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
3/4 cup Chicken broth
2 cups Cooked turkey (diced)
2 tablespoons Dried onion (minced)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 to 4 teaspoons Curry powder
Cooked rice for serving
OR bread for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Saute the celery and carrots in a coated skillet.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch and 1/4 cup of milk and mix until smooth. Add the chicken broth and the rest of the milk and stir until the mixture is once again smooth.
  3. Pour the cornstarch mixture over the vegetables and bring it to a boil, cooking and stirring for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and seasonings and stir them in until the turkey has heated through.
  4. Serve with rice or bread.
