Easy Salmon Soup

Step by Step Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pot, then add the green onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook at medium-high heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add half of the dill and stir it in well.
- Add the chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, spices, and seasoning. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then lower the heat to medium and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Season the salmon with salt and/or pepper, then add it to the soup. Lower the heat slightly and let it cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and the remaining dill.
- Serve with bread.
