Low Sugar Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch

<p>Surprisingly sweet taste for the small amount of sugar. Go over the top with whipped cream or ice cream!</p>

Ingredients
4 cups Chopped fresh rhubarb
1 pint Strawberries hulled and sliced
1 Tbsp Honey
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the rhubarb,strawberries, and honey. Transfer to shallow baking dish
  3. In the same bowl, stir together the oats,brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix the butter until crumbly, and spread over the top of the fruit.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes,until rhubarb is tender and the topping is toasted. Servr warm
