Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
1/3 cup Chopped peacans
1/3 cup Dry breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme (homemade or store bought)
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 Boneless chicken breasts without skin
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Mustard for serving (optional)
And/or sauce for serving (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the pecans, bread crumbs, thyme, paprika, and salt. Coat the chicken in mustard, then roll it in the pecan mixture,
  2. Place the chicken in a greased 13 by 9 inch baking dish and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with mustard or sauce on the side if desired
