Sage Tea

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sage leaves
1 cup Water
1 Lemon wedge (optional)
Honey to taste (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil, then remove it from the heat and steep the sage leaves for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and pour it into a cup. Add the lemon and/or honey if you desire. The tea can be enjoyed warm or cool.
