Pomegranate Tea

Serves: 3 cups
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 Pomegranate, rinsed and quartered
4 cups Cold water
Mint sprigs to taste (optional)
Honey to taste (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Bring the pomegranate and water to a boil in a saucepan, then reduce the heat and add mint (if using).
  2. Simmer the tea for about 15 minutes, then add honey (if using), strain the tea, and serve hot.
