Herbed Grilled Chicken Wings

Serves: 4

4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup Chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 cup Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 pounds Chicken wings

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the garlic, oregano, rosemary, and olive oil in a resealable plastic bag and season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bag and coat them thoroughly in the herbal oil mixture.
  3. Place the bag in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour or overnight if desired.
  4. When ready to cook, set the grill to medium heat and remove the wings from the marinade. Grill the wings covered for 15 to 20 minutes.
