Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
16 ounces Spaghetti Noodles
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 clove Minced garlic
8 ounces Creamed cheese (softened)
1 cup Sour cream
1 pound Italian sausage (cooked)
24 ounces Tomato & Basil spaghetti sauce
2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
Herbs for seasoning to taste if desired

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray and set it aside. Cook the spaghetti as the box directs then drain.
  2. Whisk together eggs, Parmesan, and melted butter. Toss this mixture with the pasta and place it in the prepared pan.
  3. Combine the Italian seasoning, cream cheese, and sour cream, then spread the mixture over the pasta. Combine the sausage and the spaghetti sauce and spread it over the pasta as well. Finally, cover the pasta with the mozzarella, add any herbs for seasoning that you like and bake for about 45 minutes.
