1 Pot Boiling water
Seasoning to taste
3 Cloves of garlic
Rice for serving
Step by Step Instructions
- Add seasoning to water and bring to a boil. Add neckbones to the water and simmer until tender (about 1 hour 30 minutes)
- Vegetables should be added in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
