Step by Step Instructions
- Marinate the flounder in the tarragon vinegar for 10 minutes.
- Drain, then coat in a mixture of cornmeal, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Saute the flounder in butter until it is golden brown (about 4 minutes on each side). Enjoy with asparagus, broccoli, potatoes, or spinach.
