Ingredients
1 baguette
1 cup spreadable goat cheese
1 cup pomegranate arils (seeds)
2 tbsp fresh parsley
or fresh mint
1/4 cup finely diced red onion (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Slice baguette into 12-15 thin slices. Toasted, if desired.
  2. Spread each slice with a thin layer of spreadable goat cheese (or slice goat cheese into thin slices)
  3. Top with a smattering of pomegranate seeds, a bit of mint or parsley, and a little red onion (optional).
