Simple Fruit Salad

Serves: 6-8
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup cantaloupe or watermelon, cubed
1 cup orange or satsuma slices
1 cup apple, chopped
1 cup peaches or nectarines
or grapes (halved, seed removed)
1 cup blackberries
1 cup yogurt, plain or flavored
2 tbsp granola
or nuts
drizzle honey
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Step by Step Instructions
  1. About 30 minutes before needed, combine fruit in large bowl. Add yogurt, if using, and toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
  2. Just before serving, drizzle with honey and top with granola and/or nuts, if desired.
